Any ideas for a 15th birthday party?

I’m turning fifteen soon, and I would like to have a party for just a few close friends, probably only three or possibly four. I’d kinda like the theme to be something along the lines of the music video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At The Disco. I live in Ohio, so if you have any ideas for me regarding what to do, how to decorate, and dress, what the invites should look like, and the location that this should take place, that’d be great. It needs to be a little cheaper than last year, which was about 700 dollars. I’d like to have it at The Legacy golf course resorts in Michigan again. But if you have anything better, or closer, I’d appreciate it (:

well if its only four 3 or 4 friends i would do something fun like go to a water park or theme park such as fort rapids (cause you live in ohio) or like cedar point if you really want to have a panic at the disco party go to like wet seal or (if your a girl?) or hot topic an pick out some cute or cool clothes. to decorate your house or party room or something along that line have maybe like black and purple streamers everywhere with black and purple and red balloons. hope this helps….happy 15th
